- Usually within one working day. If your enquiry needs a longer answer, I'll still confirm it has landed and tell you when to expect a proper reply.

- Yes, a large part of my work is white-label SEO and web development delivered under agency brands. If you're an agency weighing up capacity, mention roughly how many clients or projects are involved and what your team currently covers in-house.
- What happens after I get in touch?
- I read every enquiry myself and reply personally. If it looks like a fit, the next step is usually a short call to talk through what you need, and I'll follow up with how I'd approach it, along with packages and pricing. No newsletters, no automated follow-up sequences.
